  4. you are not a minor in your place of residence (if you are a minor, you have obtained parental permission to use the services);
  5. you will not access the services through automated tools such as robots or scripts;
  6. you will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
  7. your use does not violate any applicable laws and regulations.

Using the services may require registration. You need to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all uses of your account and password. 您仅可将服务用于我们明确提供的目的，未经我方特别认可，不得将服务与任何商业活动关联。

作为服务用户，您同意不从事以下行为：

  • 未经书面许可，系统性抓取服务数据或内容以创建集合、汇编、数据库或目录；
  • 欺骗、欺诈或误导我们及其他用户，尤其是试图获取用户密码等敏感账户信息；

  • 删除内容中的版权或其他所有权声明；
  • 试图冒充其他用户或使用他人用户名；
  • 上传或传输任何被动 / 主动信息收集机制（如 GIF 透明图、1×1 像素、网页追踪器、Cookie 等 "间谍软件" 或 "被动收集工具"）；
  • 干扰、破坏服务或与其连接的网络 / 服务，或造成过度负担；
  • 骚扰、恐吓或威胁我方提供服务的员工或代理；
  • 试图绕过服务的访问限制措施；
  • 复制或改编服务软件（包括 Flash、PHP、HTML、JavaScript 等代码）；
  • 除非法律允许，否则对服务软件进行解密、反编译、拆解或逆向工程；
  • 除标准搜索引擎或浏览器使用外，使用、开发或分发任何自动化系统（如爬虫、作弊工具、刮刀等），或运行未授权脚本；

You may only use the services for the purposes explicitly provided by us. You may not associate the services with any commercial activities without our specific authorization.

As a user of the services, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Without written permission, systematically scraping service data or content to create collections, compilations, databases, or directories;
  • deceiving, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially attempting to obtain sensitive account information such as user passwords;
  • circumventing, disabling, or interfering with the security features of the services, including features that prevent or restrict content usage or enforce service usage limitations;
  • disparaging, defaming, or damaging our reputation and/or the reputation of the services;
  • using information obtained from the services to harass, abuse, or harm others;
  • improper use of support services or submitting false abuse reports;
  • using the services in violation of any applicable laws and regulations;
  • framing or linking to the services without authorization;
  • uploading or transmitting (or attempting to upload/transfer) viruses, Trojan horses, or other content that interferes with the normal use of the services by others (including excessive use of capital letters, spamming, etc.);
  • using automated methods such as scripts to send comments/messages, or using data mining, robots, or other data collection tools;
  • removing copyright or other ownership notices from content;
  • attempting to impersonate other users or using another person's username;
  • uploading or transmitting any passive/active information collection mechanisms (such as GIF invisible images, 1×1 pixels, web beacons, cookies, etc., "spyware," or "passive collection tools");
  • interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the services or any networks/services connected to the services;
  • harassing, intimidating, or threatening our employees or agents providing the services;
  • attempting to circumvent service access restriction measures;
  • copying or adapting service software (including Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, etc.);
  • decrypting, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering service software unless permitted by law;
  • using, developing, or distributing any automated systems (such as crawlers, cheating tools, scrapers, etc.) or running unauthorized scripts beyond standard search engine or browser usage;
  • using purchasing agents or purchasing services to make purchases on the services;
  • using the services without authorization (such as electronically collecting user emails to send spam or creating accounts with forged information);
  • using the services to compete with us or to conduct any for-profit commercial activities through the services/content.

  • 无恶意攻击：内容不用于嘲笑、贬低、恐吓或虐待他人；
  • 无违法威胁：内容不违反法律规定，不煽动针对特定个人或群体的暴力；
  • 遵守法律法规：内容不违反任何适用法律、法规或规章；

The services may invite you to participate in chat, blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionalities, and provide opportunities to create, submit, post, display, transmit, and distribute content (collectively referred to as "Contributed Content"), including text, video, audio, images, comments, personal information, etc. Contributed Content may be viewed by other users or third-party websites, so any content you transmit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or post Contributed Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • Intellectual Property Compliance: The creation, dissemination, display, and use of the Contributed Content do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or moral rights;
  • Complete Authorization of Rights: You are the creator and owner of the content, or you have obtained the necessary permissions, authorizations, and consents to allow us and other users to use the content as agreed in the services and these terms;
  • Rights of Personality Permission: If the content includes identifiable individuals, you have obtained their written consent to use their names or images;
  • Content Accuracy: The content is not false, misleading, or erroneous information;
  • No Spam Content: The content is not unsolicited advertising, pyramid scheme information, spam, or other forms of solicitation;
  • Content Compliance: The content is not obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by us;
  • No Malicious Attacks: The content is not used to mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse others;
  • No Threats of Law Violation: The content does not violate legal provisions or incite violence against specific individuals or groups;
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances;
  • Respect for Privacy Rights: The content does not infringe upon third-party privacy or publicity rights;
  • Protection of Minors: The content does not contain child pornography or information harmful to the health of minors;
  • No Discriminatory Content: The content does not contain offensive comments related to race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or physical disability;
  • Compliance with Terms: The content does not violate any provisions of these terms or link to materials that violate the terms.

By posting Contributed Content in any part of the services, you automatically grant (and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant) us an unrestricted, irrevocable, permanent, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide license to: host, use, copy, disclose, sell, post, broadcast, store, publicly display, adapt, translate, distribute such content (including your likeness and voice), for commercial, advertising, or other purposes, or to include it in derivative works and grant sublicenses. This license applies to any existing and future media formats and channels, including our use of your name, company name, trademarks, and likeness. You waive all moral rights in the Contributed Content and warrant that you have not asserted any moral rights in such content.

We reserve the following rights (but not obligations):

  1. to monitor the services to identify violations of these terms;
  2. to take legal action against any user we deem to have violated the law or these terms, including reporting to law enforcement agencies;
  3. to independently decide to refuse, restrict access to, or disable any Contributed Content (to the extent technically feasible);
  4. to independently decide to delete or disable files and content exceeding system capacity without notice;
  5. to manage the services in a manner that protects our rights and property and promotes the proper functioning of the services.

期限与终止

Termination

本条款自您接受之日起生效，直至您完全终止服务。您可通过以下方式终止服务：

These Terms shall come into effect from the date you accept them and shall remain in effect until your full termination of the services. You may terminate the services by:

  • logging into your account, clicking the "Cancel Subscription" or "Delete Account" button;
  • requesting termination by sending an email to admin@sanctumrealm.com.

修改与中断

Modification and Interruption

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利，包括但不限于：

  • 修改服务内容或功能；
  • 修改服务价格或收费标准；
  • 修改服务条款；
  • 修改服务所有权、知识产权或商标权；
  • 修改服务提供商或服务提供商的名称、地址、联系方式等；

We reserve the right to change, modify, or delete service content at any time at our sole discretion, without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information in the services. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or terminations of the services.

We cannot guarantee that the services will always be available. Service interruptions, delays, or errors may occur due to hardware, software issues, or maintenance requirements. We have the right to change, revise, update, suspend, terminate, or modify the services at any time at our sole discretion, without notice. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service downtime or termination that prevents you from accessing or using the services. Nothing in these terms obligates us to maintain, support the services, or provide any related corrections, updates, or releases.

管辖法律

Governing Law

本法律条款受马来西亚法律管辖并按其解释。Sanctum Realm 与您不可撤销地同意，马来西亚吉隆坡任一民事法院对因本条款引起的任何争议具有专属管辖权。

These legal terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Sanctum Realm and you irrevocably agree that the civil courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

非正式协商：为加速解决争议并控制成本，双方同意，由您或我方提出的与本条款相关的任何争议（“争议”），应在提起仲裁前先尝试非正式协商至少 30 天（除非明确排除的争议）。非正式协商自一方向另一方发出书面通知时开始。

有约束力的仲裁：因本条款产生或与之相关的任何争议（包括其存在、有效性或终止的问题），应提交至马来西亚吉隆坡区域仲裁中心（Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration），根据该中心《仲裁规则》最终解决。仲裁员人数为 1 名，仲裁地为马来西亚吉隆坡，程序语言为英语，本条款的管辖实体法为马来西亚法律。

限制条件：双方同意任何仲裁仅针对双方之间的个别争议。在法律允许的最大范围内：(a) 任何仲裁不得与其他程序合并；(b) 无权以集体诉讼形式或利用集体诉讼程序仲裁争议；(c) 无权以代表公众或其他个人的名义提起争议。

非正式协商与仲裁的例外：双方同意以下争议不适用上述非正式协商和仲裁条款：(a) 任何寻求执行或保护一方知识产权有效性的争议；(b) 与盗窃、盗版、侵犯隐私或未经授权使用相关的争议；(c) 任何禁制令救济请求。若本条款被认定为非法或不可执行，则双方均不得就该部分非法或不可执行的争议选择仲裁，此类争议应由上述有管辖权的法院裁决，且双方同意接受该法院的属人管辖。

Informal Negotiations: To facilitate the resolution of disputes and control costs, both parties agree that any dispute related to these terms (a "Dispute") raised by you or us must first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations for at least 30 days before arbitration is initiated (unless the dispute is expressly excluded). Informal negotiations commence when one party sends a written notice to the other.

Binding Arbitration: Any Dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms (including its existence, validity, or termination) shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one, the place of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the procedural language shall be English, and the governing substantive law shall be the laws of Malaysia.

Limitations: Both parties agree that any arbitration shall address only individual disputes between the parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration shall be consolidated with another proceeding; (b) there is no right to arbitrate disputes in a class action format or using class action procedures; (c) there is no right to bring a dispute on behalf of the public or other individuals.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration: Both parties agree that the following disputes are not subject to the above informal negotiation and arbitration clauses: (a) any dispute seeking to enforce or protect the validity of a party's intellectual property; (b) disputes related to theft, piracy, privacy infringement, or unauthorized use; (c) any request for injunctive relief. If any part of these terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable, neither party may arbitrate that illegal or unenforceable portion of the dispute. Such disputes shall be decided by the above-mentioned competent court, and both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties related to the services and your use of the services, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the content of the services or any websites/mobile applications linked to the services and are not liable for:

  • errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content and materials;
  • personal injury or property damage resulting from access to or use of the services;
  • unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and any personal/financial information stored therein;
  • any interruptions or cessations of service transmission;
  • any viruses, Trojan horses, etc., transmitted by any third party via the services;
  • any errors or omissions in content and materials, or any loss or damage arising from content posted/transmitted via the services.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product/service displayed by third parties through the services, any linked websites, or advertisements, nor do we participate in or monitor any transactions between you and third-party service providers. As with any product/service purchase through any channel, you should exercise your own judgment.

Limitation of Liability

无论何种情况，我们及我们的董事、员工或代理均不对您或任何第三方因使用服务而产生的任何直接、间接、后果性、惩戒性、附带性、特殊或惩罚性损害（包括利润损失、收入损失、数据丢失等）承担责任，即使我们已被告知此类损害的可能性。

Under no circumstances shall we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, etc.) arising from the use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us (including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all officers, agents, partners, and employees) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands (including reasonable attorney fees and expenses) made by any third party due to or arising from:

  1. your Contributed Content;
  2. your use of the services;
  3. your violation of these terms;
  4. your breach of representations and warranties in these terms;
  5. your infringement of third-party rights (including intellectual property rights);
  6. any obviously harmful conduct you engage in toward other users connected through the services.

Notwithstanding the above, we have the right (at your expense) to exclusively defend and control any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree (at your expense) to cooperate with our defense. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you after becoming aware of any such claim/litigation.
